I received a Keurig as a gift from my wife last
Christmas. The brewer was working great
up until a few weeks ago, the brewer went from boiling water from under a
minute to its five minutes maybe more boiling point. Another problem I'm having with the brewer is
if I press the medium size cup button I may end up getting a small cup. Ugh!
I tried all the troubleshoot tutorials videos from YouTube's
website but none of them were able to help me solve my problem.
I finally decided to report the issue to Keurig.
This is very frustrating. The funny thing is I had a similar issue with a Keurig I a few years back.
I ended up given it to a friend to fix.
