“U.S. politicians slam tax-avoiding Pfizer-Allergan deal”.
“Democrats heaped the most criticism on the New York-based
drug maker, with Hillary Clinton accusing Pfizer of using legal loopholes to
avoid its "fair share" of taxes in a deal that she said "will
leave U.S. taxpayers holding the bag."
This reminds me of Bush's comment on the financial meltdown
back in 08 “Wall Street got drunk.”
Who cleans up or holds the bag if the U.S. taxpayer makes a mistake?
